Return and Refund Policy

Refunds on food and services are typically made on a case by case basis, and Soursmith Subs reserves the right to refuse any and all service or refund requests. That being said we would like you to walk away happy and will entertain requests as they occur.

When requesting a refund for food service the following terms are to be considered:

It must be within 24 hrs of purchase.
The food item in question must be returned to Soursmith Subs at place of purchase to demonstrate problem.
"I didn't like" is not a valid reason for a return.
Store Credit or item replacement may be used as compensation for valid returns rather then monetary payment.
