Steak & Cheese SUBS:

Regularly-featured selections are served on a toasted 8" handmade COUNTY BUTTERTOP hoagie bun with dill pickle spear on the side.

ORIGINAL Steak & cheese

USDA Upper Choice Angus flank steak* seasoned, grilled, and sliced. Melted Monterey Jack cheese, chopped green onion, Kewpie mayo.

Steak-n-Egg

The ORiGiNAL STEAK & CHEESE Sub served with large pasture-raised chicken egg(s)* cracked, seasoned, and sautéed to order in butter, olive oil.

Surf-n-Turf

The ORiGiNAL STEAK & CHEESE Sub topped with Colossal (6-8/lb) Black Tiger prawn(s)* seasoned, grilled, sliced.

Sourhouse Cheesesteak

Upper Choice Angus flank steak* seasoned, grilled, sliced. Served with mushrooms and sauerkraut on a handmade SAUEKRAUT-RYE hoagie bun. Melted Gruyère cheese, chopped green onion, horseradish Kewpie mayo.


Mongolian Beef

USDA Upper Choice Angus flank steak* sliced, cornstarch-dusted, sautéed in butter, olive oil, garlic, shallot, ginger, sriracha, tamari sauce. Melted Monterey Jack cheese, chopped green onion, Kewpie mayo.

Tequila-Lime Tiger Shrimp

Colossal (6-8/lb) Black Tiger prawns* seasoned, grilled, and sliced. Tossed in garlic, shallot, parsley, butter, Hornitos® tequila, lime juice. Melted Monterey Jack cheese, chopped green onion, Kewpie mayo.

Marzano Meatball

Seasoned 3-meat meatball mix* (sirloin beef, pork, turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, spices) roasted and covered in San Marzano tomato sauce. Melted Fontina cheese, chopped green onion, Kewpie mayo.

MONGOLIAN Mushroom

Lion Mane, Oyster, Shiitake, Cremini mushrooms sautèed in butter and olive oil with garlic, shallot, ginger, sriracha, brown sugar, tamari sauce. Melted Monterey Jack cheese, chopped green onion, Kewpie mayo.

Marzano Chicken

Seasoned chicken* floured, breaded, fried in American Waygu beef tallow (Black Hawk Farms, KY). Topped with San Marzano tomato sauce, melted Fontina cheese, chopped green onion, Kewpie mayo.

Chicken Caesar

Seasoned chicken* floured, breaded, fried in American Waygu beef tallow (Black Hawk Farms, KY). Topped with Marzetti® Caesar dressing, grated parmesean. Melted Fontina cheese, chopped green onion, Kewpie mayo.

Egg Scrambler

Large pasture-raised chicken eggs* cracked, seasoned, and scrambled to order in buter and olive oil. Melted Gruyère cheese, chopped green onion, Kewpie mayo.

Sausage Scrambler
