    core menu sub sandwiches:

    Regularly-featured selections are served on a toasted 8" hand-made hoagie bun with dill pickle spear on the side.

    Sourhouse Cheesesteak

    USDA Upper Choice Angus flank steak  dry-brined, grilled, sliced, and topped with toasted Monterey Jack cheese, chopped green onion, and Kewpie mayo.

    Mixed Mushroom Melt

    Blend of sliced Cremini, Shiitake, Lion’s Mane (local) and Oyster (local) mushrooms sautéed in black truffle oil, fresh sage, and Tamari sauce. Topped with toasted Fontina cheese, chopped green onion, and Kewpie Mayo 

    Marzano Meatball Melt

    Seasoned blend of ground sirloin beef, pork, and turkey meatballs with a San Marzano tomatoe sauce, topped with toasted Fontina cheese, chopped green onion, and Kewpie mayo.

    Tiger shrimp sauteed in olive oil and butter with chopped leeks and cherry tomatoes. Served on Count

    Tiger Shrimp Scampi

    Tiger shrimp sauteed in olive oil and butter with chopped leeks, parsley, and cherry tomatoes. Served in a butter-tied white wine sauce on Country Buttertop bun with Kewpie mayo.

    HOUSE BLT

    Thick-cut smoked bacon, sliced seasonal tomato, Morton flake salt. Topped with toasted Swiss cheese, chopped green onion, and Kewpie mayo.

    Additional portions for an additional charge.

    Add Mushrooms

    Add a mixed mushroom (see mixed mushroom sub) topper to a sub.
